Case No. 05-030444TC A08, (2005), Judge Eissey
Charges: Middle-aged woman charged with DUI
after driving around in her neighborhood, with friend,
teenagers, roof down and loud music blaring. Road Side
Sobriety Tasks on video. Experienced DUI Task Force
Officer arrested the Woman after she recited the
English Alphabet Test in "greek" as remembered from
her sorority days in college.
Result: Trial; Not Guilty.

Damico
Charges: Successful, Middle-aged man charged
with DUI, after leaving the downtown West Palm Beach
area. Stopped and arrested by experienced West Palm
Beach DUI Task Force Officer.
Result: Trial; Not Guilty.
Case No. 2006CF014181AXXXMB, (2006), Judge
Brown
Charges: Married father of two young children,
arrested for 3rd DUI, a Felony facing Five years in
Prison.
Alleged to have been driving erratically and without
headlights on Military Trail. Stopped and arrested by
experienced Palm Beach County DUI Task Force Officer.
Result: Trial; Not Guilty.
Case No. 2006CF011460AXXXMB, (2006), Judge
Berger
Charges: Hispanic, U.S. Citizen, hard working
middle-aged male, accused by scorned non-citizen,
girlfriend of beating her. Arrested for Aggravated
Battery. During the course of the five (5) day Jury
Trial, the Prosecution is allowed to present to the
Jury two (2) prior incidences of violence against the
girlfriend by the Defendant. Despite the admission of
this evidence of prior attacks against the girlfriend,
aggressive cross-examination reveals that she is not
credible and has a motive for making these false
allegations. Defendant is finally freed after spending
one (1) year in jail for a crime he did not commit.
Result: Trial; Not Guilty.
Case No. 2007CT030456AXXMB, (2007), Judge Cohen
Charges: Middle-aged, Cuban Businessman,
driving a Black Hummer, with a lot of "extras,"
accused of driving erratically on Military Trail at
2:00 in the morning. Experienced Palm Beach County
Sheriff's DUI Task Force Officer stopped and arrested
male for DUI.
Result: Trial; Not Guilty.
Case No. 2007CT031107AXXXMB, (2007), Judge
Eissey
Charges: Man accused of having five (5) prior
DUIs, but State unable to prove more than one prior
conviction. Man is stopped and arrested coming back
from Broward County. Officer observes him on an exit
ramp in Boca Raton. Officer claims the man showed
numerous signs of impairment.
Result: Trial; Not Guilty.
Case No. 2008CT014988AXX, (2008), Judge Eissey
Charges: Middle-aged woman leaves night club in
Palm Beach Gardens, after spending the evening at her
regularly attended Ballroom Dancing Studio, then to a
local night club for more dancing. She is accused of
DUI. Arrested and Charged by notorious Palm Beach
Gardens DUI Task Force Officer with 20+ years as a
Police Officer.
Result: Trial; Not Guilty.
Case No. 2008MM00402IAXXXMB, (2008), Judge
Cunningham
Charges: Young man is accused of attacking his
brother in the family home and threatening him with a
kitchen knife. Attack witnessed by two other family
members. Arrested for domestic violence.
Result: No charges Filed.

Charges: Young, non-citizen, Hispanic
woman accused of attacking her boyfriend. Woman is
arrested and detained for deportation.
Result: No charges Filed and woman finally
released from jail.
Case No. 2007MM026014XXXMB, (2007), Judge
Cunningham
Charges: Middle-aged, father of two, accused of
beating his wife, after learning that his wife is
having an affair and accused of using illegal drugs.
Result: No charges filed.
Case No. 2006MM019209MMA02, (2006), Judge
Cunningham
Charges: Middle-aged man accused of hitting his
long-time girlfriend after returning from the beach
and a day of alleged drinking. Defendant arrested and
charged with domestic battery. After Defense Attorney
took the alleged victim's deposition and listed
Defense Witnesses for Trial, the State decided to drop
all charges immediately before Trial.
Result: All charges dropped.
Case No. 2005CF015412CFA99 (a Felony then down
filed to a Misdemeanor) Case No. 2006MM001948A02,
(2006), Judge Johnson
Charges: Middle-aged man, residing in
residential facility accused of attacking another
resident. Originally arrested for a Felony. Defense
Attorney able to convince the State to down-file case
to a Misdemeanor. After Defense Attorney presented
additional evidence, case dropped. Result: All
charges dropped.
Case No. 2006MM002809A02, (2006), Judge Cunningham
Charges: Part-time Wellington resident, and
horse-woman, accused of attacking her sister. Arrested
for Battery. After thorough investigation, Defense
Attorney files a Defense Witness List, State decided
not to prosecute.
Result: All charges dropped.
Case No. 2006018193MMA02, (2006), Judge Corlew
Charges: Successful Middle-aged Businessman and
Landlord, accused and arrested for Battery, while
attempting to evict a non-paying Tenant. After a
thorough investigation, case is set for Trial. On the
morning of Trial, the State dropped the charges.
Result: All charges dropped.
Case No. 2005CT033912AXXXMB, (2005), Judge Eissey
Charges: Middle-aged, Harley Davidson Biker,
involved in multiple bike/vehicle crash, is seriously
injured, and trauma-hawked to hospital. One person
tragically died in accident. He is charged with
DUI/Accident with Injury. After Defense Attorney filed
a Motion Challenging a Subpoena for his Medical
Records, the State reduced the charges to Reckless
Driving.
Result: DUI charge dropped and reduced to
Reckless Driving.
Case No. 2007MM002274AXXXMB, (2007), Judge
Cunningham
Charges: Young man employed by of Prestigious
Singer Island Hotel, accused and arrested for hitting
girlfriend. Thorough Defense investigation reveals
alleged victim not trustworthy and catches her making
inconsistent statements.
Result: All charges dropped.

Charges: Successful, young woman accused and
arrested for beating her boyfriend after a night of
heavy drinking. (The boyfriend previously accused and
arrested for beating the girlfriend). Boyfriend
sustained Injuries.

Charges: Russian Doctor, accused and arrested
for Practicing Medicine Without a License, faces
Prison. He has been dubbed "Dr. X-ray" by the BBC and
others in the Media and Medical Profession. Defense
Attorney successfully demonstrated that he is merely
practicing "holistic medicine," and persuaded the
State to drop charges.
Result: All charges dropped.

Charges: Police officer arrested for 22 counts of
molesting a child, facing 660 years in prison.
Result: All charges dropped.
Case No. 05-006615CF A99, (2005), Judge McSorley
Charges: Client was arrested for 100 counts of sexual
battery on a person in familial custody, facing
multiple life sentences.
Result: All charges dropped.
